Ready for Us is a reflection and communication support tool. It provides structured self-assessment questionnaires and generates personalized prompts for use with third-party AI models.

• This tool is not therapy, clinical diagnosis, legal counsel, or emergency intervention.
• AI-generated outputs are informational only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
• This tool does not replace professional support from licensed therapists, counselors, or medical providers.

Liability

• Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and outcomes.
• AI model outputs should be validated before acting on them. The creator is not liable for actions taken based on generated content.
• This tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• When you export prompts to a third-party AI service (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), you are subject to that service's terms of use and data policies.

Data You Control

You have full ownership of your data at all times.

• Export: Download your data as JSON, text, or therapist brief at any time from your saved work.
• Delete locally: Clear any questionnaire from your saved work. Data is removed from your browser immediately.
• Delete cloud data: If you enabled cloud sync, you can clear cloud data per-questionnaire or delete your entire account. These controls remove active data; provider-level backup or recovery history may follow its own retention rules.
• No lock-in: Your data is always portable. You never need an account to use the core tool.

Partner Sharing

Sharing is designed to be intentional and revocable.

• Share codes are per-questionnaire, temporary (configurable up to 24 hours), and revocable at any time.
• Partners who accept a share code can see only the specific questionnaire responses attached to that code — nothing else.
• Revoking a code immediately prevents further access. Previously downloaded data remains with the recipient.

Anonymized Data Use

If cloud sync is enabled, anonymized and aggregated data may be used in the future for:

• Social and relational research (trend-level analysis only)
• Product quality improvement

Strict safeguards apply:

• No personally identifiable information is ever included in research datasets.
• All analysis is aggregate and trend-level — never individual.
• Direct identifiers (name, email) are excluded from any external use.
• Users who stay in local-only mode are never part of any data analysis.

Local Storage & Sessions

This tool uses your browser's localStorage to save questionnaire progress, preferences, and your analytics privacy choice. Required session cookies may be used only when you sign in; optional analytics stay off until you allow them from the Privacy choices control.

• localStorage: Questionnaire answers, user preferences (name, selected reflection, theme), and your analytics privacy choice.
• Session tokens: If you sign in, a session token is stored to maintain your authenticated state. This is not a tracking cookie.
• No advertising: There are no ad networks or advertising profiles. Optional analytics are controlled separately through the Privacy choices control.

Analytics & Privacy Choices

Optional analytics are off by default. Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and the Cloudflare browser beacon load only after you chooseAllow analytics in the Privacy choices banner. This choice does not limit the core tool, local questionnaire mode, exports, or optional account features. You can change it at any time from the Privacy choices link in the footer.

• Google Analytics 4: Helps measure visits, navigation, and broad feature use. It may use analytics cookies and sends data to Google only after optional analytics are enabled.
• PostHog: Helps us understand product use and usability. Session recording and automatic capture are disabled; it loads only after you allow optional analytics.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: Provides limited performance measurements. Cloudflare describes this beacon as cookie-free and not cross-site tracking. The site prevents automatic beacon injection and manages the browser beacon through the Privacy choices control. Cloudflare may still process aggregate request and security telemetry as part of hosting.

Your choice is stored locally in this browser so the banner does not repeatedly interrupt you. It is not used to identify you or track you. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection and removes common analytics cookies where the browser permits it; information already collected cannot be retroactively erased by this site. This site uses an opt-out default for optional analytics; users in jurisdictions requiring prior opt-in consent should not be treated as opted in by default.

Third-Party Services

This tool integrates with the following services:

• Cloudflare: Hosting, database (D1), session storage (KV), and privacy-preserving performance analytics.
• Google: Google Analytics 4, loaded only when optional analytics are allowed.
• PostHog: Product analytics, loaded only when optional analytics are allowed; session recording is disabled.
• Resend: Email delivery for passwordless sign-in codes (OTP). Your email address is shared with Resend only to deliver the authentication code. Messages sent through the contact form are also delivered through this service.
• Web3Forms: Feedback form submission. Feedback messages are delivered to the creator's email.

No data is shared with AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Prompt export is a manual user action — you choose what to paste and where.

Updates to This Page

This page may be updated to reflect changes in functionality, third-party integrations, or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top is always current. A future opt-in mailing list may be offered during account creation for those who wish to receive update notifications.
